Once I arrived to the rental place on the on the 6th of June 2017 at around 1:15 the customer service personnel took my info etc...

and went to retrieved the vehicle. I exit the rental place and I noticed that it was a 2017 but it just didn't ride smoothly at all. I went straight home and parked the truck. I left my home at 6:00 am in the morning to retrieve my students to leave for Greenville, Ky.

As I drove the dangerous it seem vehicle I notice that it rocked and we jumped on every bump which just getting on Moore Road. Then the light came on: (IMMEDIATE AIR SUSPENSION SERVICE NEED SERVICE OR WHATEVER). Which this mean to me no one at this Organization did their job and didn't think about the safety of myself, and the 3 young teenagers that rode with me for those 4 hours in enormous pain. Every little bump the truck jumps in which pain was felt.

Once arriving in Greenville, KY at the Wendell H.Ford Training Site there were no way to communicate with thrifty about the unsafe truck. So everyday the 8th, 9th, and 10th while there riding in this vehicle was tremendous pain on my back. It was like riding on a roller coaster and I had to hold the steering wheel tight. So on the 11th we began our run back in this vehicle that seem to have no Air Shocks at all.

I basically had to pull over because of my back pain. I did arrive safely back to Chattanooga and express to the customer service personnel about the problems with the truck, about the (IMMEDIATE AIR SUSPENSION NEEDING REPAIR/SERVICE WARNING LIGHT), about there's no way anyone service this vehicle before it was rented to myself,and about my tremendous back pain due to the lack of safety by this Rental Car Organization. He stated that the Manager would be getting in contact with me. I'm just glad that no one got seriously hurt beside my back being in pain.

Someone had to be held accountable for this unsafe, uncaring, unreliable situation. I paid $351 dollars to rent a truck that rode like a military tank. This in unacceptable. I should not be in pain from a rental vehicle.

I will conclude with this I am highly upset, angry and disappointed with Thrifty Rental Car Organization and the Manager for not performing their job, not making us safe on the highway, and it could have been a deadly serious accident.
