I rented a car at logan airport boston to tour my daughter for 3 local colleges in town, I knew I need a car for 1 day and 3 hours, my daily rate was $58 per day, and I double checked and confirmed with Norman who was the agent rented to me and he said yes, yes, an extra day would be $58. after I returned my car with a little milage on it and they charged me $77 instead and also Norman told me that I need to buy Ezcard which I dont need it at all, by only driving around city of Boston and at end I got charged $105.

No one cares from Thrifty car to do anything to correct the bill and I wrote an email and no one reply.
