Reserved a car from and reserving a car from Thrify, w/ the extra coverage and insurance paid up front online w/receipts to prove it. Meanwhile when going to pick up the car I was informed that no car would be released to me even thought the insurance was already prepaid unless I gave a credit card on file to which they took 900 euros.

So now 2 weeks have gone by and my deposit was not returned. When contacting them numerous times I was told to contact their bank in Athens?!?! DID I DEAL W/A BANK IN ANY WAY SHAPE OR FORM??? ANSWER IS NO!!!

Where is my money???? I would never again deal w/Hertz, Thrifty to which both have the same policy to steal money.

How are they still in business?? Ive just warming up, the word will get out about them......
