CHARGING ME 30.25 ADDITIONALLY 2 DAYS AFTER THE RENTAL IS FINISHED!!!!!!
I am a loyal customer of Thrifty. I rented your car on the 9th and the car was charged out.
It was finished. I returned the car ON TIME!!!! AND without any damages. Also, when I went out to get in the card, NOT ONE OF YOUR EMPLOYEES WAS THERE TO TAKE MY SHEET!!!!!
AND the only thing to do was to exit the garage!!! I want this charge removed and not charged. YOU HAVE NO RIGHT!!!!! ALSO, if you are going to try and charge someone for the additional charges, you need to explain exactly what the charges are!!!!!!!
Not use some coded language !!!! I am livid and will let everyone know how I was treated by your company!!!!! The rental agreement was done at 56.05 with 0 due. If you guys need to charge SOMEONE ELSE don't put it on my card!!!!!!

Oh by the way, I called the # 803 822 **** and the woman put me on hold for 20 minutes and then just hung up on me. When I tried to call back, she would not even answer!!!!How rude Thrifty!

Prepaid reservation but no cars available and no help
I prepaid my Thrifty car rental for an SUV through Spirit Airlines at the Columbus, Ohio airport. When I arrived I waited in line.
When I got to the counter there were no cars. The agent would not call Thrifty on my behalf. I pleaded with her to call Hertz. After consulting with another employee she reluctantly called .
Others before me had the same experience and were angry. They could have informed us while waiting in line. I went to Hertz where I rented a Kia sedan at at much higher rate. I called Thrifty and they offered to reimburse me my fare but refused to pay the difference charged my Hertz.
I called customer service and after 30 minutes on hold spoke to George, employee #90080 who told me a supervisor would call today and I would receive a case # via email. I did not receive a call or an email with the case # from Thrifty. In addition, Hertz said this happens all of the time with Thrifty after 6:00pm. I tried to contact Thrifty customer service today at 4:35pm.
The recording says customer service is open until 7:00pm Central time but the recording says the office is closed. No one answers at the Blue Chip number provided

I booked a car rental via Orbitz. Car was with Thrifty with pickup of 9/11 and return 9/15.
When Arthur arrived in Denver, there was NO Thrifty shuttle. After waiting 30 minutes, someone noticed a sign on the Hertz shuttle. So they all got on. At Hertz, there was a huge line and it took over an hour and a half for him to rent the car.
On 9/15, he attempted to return the car to Thrifty only to find the lot LOCKED UP!! So he took the car to Hertz and left it with the attendant. On 9/22 I just happened to look at my Chase credit card bill and found charges from Thrifty...9/19 $66.00, 9/20 $67.00, 9/21 $66.00 and 9/22 $67.00. So Arthur immediately called Thrift customer service.
They said it was a daily charge for a late rental return. THE CAR WAS RETURNED ON TIME! Today, I look at my Chase credit card and find a charge on 9/25 for $527.16! After spending 20 minutes on hold, the person at Thrifty customer no-service, who was extremely difficult to understand because of her accent, said it is for late rental and could not be reversed.
She said they would have to do an investigation. Requested to speak to a supervisor and was told it would be 24 to 48 hours. This is not acceptable!!
I want this resolved NOW!!! I have already spent more time than I should have trying to get this taken care of!

Good morning,
The problem I have is really not being heard. I rented a vehicle at JFK and I was told something different from the agreement I signed.
The person at the desk was a lady named Bobbie. She told me that the amount of my first receipt was a hold and that the other charge when I came back was to fall off. That was not true. In fact I didn't need the insurance on the car and I was charged for a few more days on the vehicle.
When you're trying to ask questions over the phone, I'm met with someone who I can barely understand.
I should've been able at least get in contact with the front desk. This was annoying and has caused me to maybe avoid this business all together.
Please contact me if you'd like to keep my business.
